Normalizing relations with Israel by a number of undemocratic Arab and Muslim countries has become a fashionable trend which induced Israel to further torment the Palestinians and even try to liquidate their cause. In Islamic theology, Shirk or Polytheism (that is associating gods with the creator) is not merely a grave sin. It is rather the ultimate demolisher and nullifier of faith, and there is absolutely no atonement or forgiveness for this de facto apostasy except through sincere repentance to God. Indeed, the greatest commandment in all monotheistic religions is centred on this central issue, that is the oneness of God.
Normalizing with Israel and Recognizing the legitimacy of the racist Zionist state of Israel is analogical to the concept of Shirk in religion. It is an outrageous deviation from Islam. Normalization with Israel is like normalization with the devil.
I know many westerners, especially, Israel fans and supporters would hasten to invoke the mantra of anti-Semitism, thinking that Muslims reject Israel because it is Jewish, not because it is decidedly racist and criminal The truth of the matter is that We Muslims reject Israel for the very same reasons that many honest men and women who adhere to the Jewish faith do reject the misbegotten creature.
Don’t hasten to raise your eyebrows. Israel may be a Jewish state, but it is by no means a Judaic state following the prophetic traditions, upholding timeless moral virtues and values, especially Justice to fellow human beings as the essence of human existence. The absence of justice corrupts life itself, rendering it meaningless and futile.
Israel claims adherence to the Torah of Moses. None the less, Israel does quite the opposite of every heavenly commandment that the Prophet Moses received from God. The Torah reminds the Children of Israel 36 times that they shouldn’t oppress or mistreat non-Jews under their rule “because we were once strangers in the land of Egypt.”

In other words, the Almighty warned the Israelites not to treat non-Jews as their former oppressors and tormentors had treated their ancestors in Egypt. Even the Talmud, which many religious Jews consider a verbal Torah, a belief that has no sound theological basis, teaches that the ultimate explanation of the Torah can be summarized in a single sentence: Don’t do unto others what you wouldn’t like them to do unto you.”!
But Zionism, including religious Zionism, doesn’t really subscribe to these sublime universal moral ideals but only pays lip service to them while knowingly and deliberately violating every commandment
According to Proverbs 6-16-19, ESV, there are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to Him: Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.
But Israel indulges in all these abominable vices and much, much more, and all of this is done in the name of the Jewish people, the very people whose scriptures exhort them to “behave” and practice “Hishbon Nefesh” or self-accountability because they are supposed to be a light upon the nations! But is Israel living up to these ideals as some ignorant American evangelical leaders thought and taught for years. I am talking about people like Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson. Jimmy Swaggert and many many others. I really feel sorry and sad for like-minded political leaders, like the former US Vice-President and Secretary of State in the Trump administration, who, as the Bible and Quran say, have eyes that see not, ears that hear not, nor do they understand.
As I write these words, I’ve just received the news that a Jewish settler stabbed a Palestinian to death, named Ali Harb while dozens of heavily armed Israeli soldiers were looking on, as if they were enjoying watching a captivating natural scenery, not watching a totally innocent human being murdered at the hands of a wild beast whom they were protecting. The sad thing is that the murderous settler has not been arrested or interrogated or even rebuked by a state that claims to law-abiding!

The settler was one of a bus-load of settlers who had arrived a few hours earlier to seize, with army help and protection, the lands of Palestinian villagers, including the victim. The Incident occurred on Tuesday, 21 June 2022 near the village of Skaka in the northern West Bank. Now, is it not grossly unfair to denounce Palestinians for not comparing such settlers to Mother Teresa and other symbols of philanthropy and altruism?
Right & Wrong are plainly clear in Islam
So why should Muslims not normalize with Israel? The answer is very obvious for those who seek the truth. Israel is a manifestly racist entity that is based on oppression, terrorism and aggression. These are “tons upon tons” of clear and clarion historical facts that are recognized by honest people, irrespective of their confessional backgrounds. Indeed, there are numerous Jewish intellectuals who recognize these facts.
I am not claiming that Israel is the only evil state under the sun. I am not even claiming that Israel is the world’s most nefarious state. I am well aware of the evil credentials of many criminal regimes around the globe, such as the Bashar Assad regime in Syria, the Putin regime in Russia, and the Modi regime in India.
But Israel is brutally ugly because it’s openly racist, even according to the Law of the Land, and it acts on its diabolic racism in the most evil manner on a daily basis. Israel views non-Jews as inherently inferior and intrinsically lesser humans than Jews. Needless to say, because of this thoroughly morbid and sickening ideology, Israel systematically discriminates against Palestinians, often in the most ghoulish manner.
Israel is probably the world’s premier land thief. In fact, one can candidly assert that the Jewish state doesn’t own in Palestine even one square meter of land that it can honestly claim to be rightfully and legally hers. This is the reason that the bulk of the international community doesn’t acknowledge or recognize Israel’s sovereignty even over West Jerusalem, let alone East Jerusalem. Israel only controls usurped and stolen land.
Israel is an occupier, aggressor, murderer, liar and land thief. Each of these epithets can be corroborated by a preponderance of irrefutable facts. I know that the Zionist propaganda machine relentlessly seeks to turn the white into black, the black into white, and the big lie into a “truth” glorified by thousands, as is the case with many of Israel’s supporters in the West.
But the facts remain facts and the lies remain lies.
I believe that Muslims worldwide, including states, organizations, and individuals must realize that it is incompatible with the Sharia of Muhammed (peace be upon him) to recognize or normalize with the venomous snake Israel.
There are numerous Quranic verses which strongly admonish Muslims against “conducting normal relations or having friendly bonds with oppressors.” For example, in Sura Hud, verse 113
Allah says:
( وَلَا تَرۡكَنُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ فَتَمَسَّكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مِنۡ أَوۡلِيَآءَ ثُمَّ لَا تُنصَرُونَ )
The Translation: “And incline not toward oppressors, lest hellfire touches you, and you will then have no protectors other than God, nor would you be helped“.
Finally, I appeal to Muslims who still value the final heavenly message to mankind not to betrayal-Masjidul Aqsa, for doing so means that you effectively and practically betray Islam itself.
Resist the temptation of Iblis and don’t recognize or normalize with Israel. Don’t lose your hereafter in return for a “certificate of good conduct,” soaked in ignominy and dishonour, from the White House.
